The INFINITI Retailer Digital Marketing Program is excited to announce the new Lead Management and Third Party Lead solution.
As an INFINITI retailer enrolled in the program, you will receive INFINITI Brand Website Leads (INFINITIUSA.com) and INFINITI Event leads directly to your CRM by accepting the terms below. If you are using a Certified INFINITI Retailer website provider, your website leads will also be delivered directly to your CRM system. Lastly, as part of the program your dealership is eligible to receive additional Third Party Leads.
Streamlined Lead Reporting
Lead Analytics and Reporting will now be available through the Insight Dashboard launched earlier this year. Retailers will now have access to all Website and Lead Program analytics through one easy to use dashboard.
Improved Third Party Lead Sourcing
The New Third Party Lead program focuses on improving Lead Quality and Close Rate by implementing new sourcing technologies and optimizing volume. With this technology, improved deduplication rules are put in place across a wide variety of sources before delivering to a retailer’s CRM.
INFINITI Dedicated Support
Retailers will work with their current dedicated INFINITI Digital Coordinator (IDC) on lead delivery troubleshooting, CRM updates and the lead rejection process. As part of the program the INFINITI Digital Marketing Consultants (IDMC) will continue to work with retailers in store on their lead handling process.
Simplified Retailer Certification Program
INFINITI has worked with their partners to bring retailers a new and improved retailer certification program. We are moving to a straight forward, Certified and Non-Certified model with more simplified and relevant criteria.
Changes to Third Party Lead Pricing
As part of the changes being made to improve retailer close rates, new pricing for Third Party Leads will go into effect on August 1, 2019. Retailers with a Certified status will now pay $20.50 per Third Party Lead and Non-Certified retailers will pay $24.50 per Third Party Lead.

New Certification Rules will go into effect on September 1, 2019
New Training and Curriculum
INFINITI is pleased to announce the changes to the Curriculum Program within Virtual Academy. With these updates dealership sales and marketing personnel will take INFINITI focused lead management and marketing training in a less time consuming format.
Updated Lead Response Time
To better align with industry best practices, retailers will now be expected to respond to their leads within 60 minutes, rather than the 30 minutes that was required previously.
Response Quality Source Update
To gain a clearer picture of how retailers are responding to their internet leads, we will no longer be determining response quality off customer survey feedback. Moving forward, INFINITI will be utilizing Mystery Shops to grade retailer’s Response Quality.
